Collect One 6 mL plain red top tube. Also acceptable: One lavender (EDTA) top tube.
Transport 1 mL serum or plasma at 2-8ºC (Min: 01. mL). Separate serum or plasma from cells within 2 hours of collection. Do Not use gel separator.
Remarks Patient prep: Timing of specimen collection: Pre-dose (trough) draw - at steady state concentration.
Stability After separation from cells: Ambient: 6 weeks; Refrigerated: 6 weeks; Frozen: 11 months.
