Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Full Time - 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. with rotating weekends
Responsibilities: To perform a variety of clerical and customer service functions that include but not limited to: responding to and routing telephone inquiries, providing clients with fast and accurate information. MUST have excellent customer service techniques, data entry and laboratory terminology.
Qualifications: High School diploma with 1 year experience in a clinical laboratory setting desirable.
